Spent a great day at the ILS site attending their annual Hot Pot run and met up with CPH the other OSME member on this site. Actually there was quite a contingent of members from Orange Model Engineers who all brought rakes of scale rolling stock.
Thought members might be interested in seeing some more 5"g efforts from the 'Land Down Under'.
The beautifully detailed backhead is for one the former New South Wales Government Railway's (NSWGR) C38 4-6-2 express passenger locos and was made by Barry Glover a member of ILS.
Sadly i don't know the names of the owner builders of the 2 other NSW locos, a C36 and a 73 class. The heart on the buffer of the 36 is just to show that the loco has a current boiler ticket and so can operate for the weekend of the rally. (just in case anyone was wondering)
